www.csfd.cz serious problem

There is some serious problem with EasyPrivacy list on http://www.csfd.cz (this is Czech and locally very popular alternative to http://www.imdb.com). With Google Chrome, Adblock Plus and EasyPrivacy list enabled the counter of blocked content starts to grow very fast (several hundreds per second) and Chrome is using all available CPU until tab with http://www.csfd.cz is closed or EasyPrivacy list deactivated. It must be some recently added filter, because if I remember correctly it was working fine like a month ago...
