Adds when I log in to Facebook

When I log into my Facebook account (on web browser Google Chrome), a new tab opens with various sex ads. I have ad block installed since a year, and this add has only occured to me since a few days. How do I stop this?

Bij mijn weten laat facebook zulke advertenties niet eens toe. Waarschijnlijk is dit het gevolg van een slechte browserextensie.
