Things were fine for a long time, but it looks like only page test is showing up for most sites nothing more.
Disable TPL all is fine, Enable back to being messed up
Look into it please?

EasyList breaking all sites//css in IE11?
Would recommend moving away from the tpl, and using the Adblock Plus extension for IE
