Can reproduce in Chromium with uBlock Origin and Adblock Plus with EasyList (when testing with ABP, Eyeo's "Acceptable Ads" disabled), and in Firefox with ABP and EasyList, from different IPs.
Source code of the whole sidebar as I'm seeing it (the ads start at <div class="mod" data-md="40" data-ved="0ahUKEwiK5dS8oJbNAhXQERQKHfLtDyAQkCkIxAEoBzAZ">).
I'm 99 % sure this is not malware. (Maybe it's a regional test from Google and only applies to some IPs?)

Edit: Bigger screenshot
