The image does not do anything and the standard stuff (IP, user agent, etc.) gets send anyway for the other stuff from amazonaws.com.

I just noticed that there is not only the transparent.gif but also a script. I think this should be bloked as "||amazonaws.com/new.cetrk.com/$third-party" already is. See also http://getsatisfaction.com/features "Community Analytics"
