The following commit has added smashpops.com to easylist_adservers.txt :

While the popup that our customer zerobreeze.com has setup looks indeed very generic (cf screenshot below), it is actually not an ad for a third-party but a popup giving away coupon codes for zerobreeze.com (that the store owner has set up themselves) : doesn't it qualify as self-promotion according to your Policy?

SmashPops is not an ad company, but a popup marketing company for Shopify e-commerce owners : store owners pay us to use our services (not the other way around like for an ad company). Our most well-known competitor is Wheelio and we provide a similar service :
