I am really trying to understand why you are doing this in a "step by step" method, because there are more then 10 more open whitelist that every website can take advantage of, and pornhub that are doing this day by day for the past month will continue and will use all of those.
so why you are ok to commit other websites and fix the future issues for other websites such as this commit:

Because its being affected by than just pornhub, seems they share common code/aspirations amongst the porn sites.

Personally I'd fix the filters to be more specific,.. if failing that, then exclude the porn sites.

Those whitelist were inserted to the list in order to fix sites that are using JS resources from those domains and was broken because of Adblock.
Now those domains are not with the same owners any more and those files are not served any more from those domains.

the only one that is holding those domains are pornhub group, and they have used them one by one.

if the hold of pornhub in those domains are not enough (whois, IP, etc..), I think that the fact that those whitelists lines are no longer required and function will be enough.

using another whitelist that I've warned you that they will use 27 days ago via PM, (to all of the easylist authors) nobody listened to me then, and here we are again.

looks very shady that you've blacklisted Israeli sites that didn't used this filter (after searching the forum I've seen that only walla.co.il did) but you didn't blacklisted pornhub that has done this over and over again.

and yet it seems like you are doing every thing in your power to fix one broken whitelist at a time instead of just fixing them all in one shot.
if you had the time to fix all the whitelists for .co.il small tiny sites you probably have the time to add |~pornhub.com|~youporn.com etc.. to the end of each one, but you didn't.
