Hello,
all outgoing downloadlinks on hoerbuch.us are blocked right now, seems like the same problem with lesen.to which was reported and fixed here:

I'm taking reference to this post:

the problem is still global and many users are complaing about that, would you please fix that with your next update for everbody? would be great!

You should wait, only list author can add/change filters.
