Before I wrote the post earlier I cleared cache, restarted the browser, updated the easylist but nothing changed. I even enabled ScriptSafe but the ads were still there. Now after coming back the ads are gone... Not quite sure why or how. Sadly it's only working half. The spaces where the ads would be are blank now, not removed, which makes the website look kinda weird. Is that normal or is something wrong here?

Well yeah, I had the ads without the custom filters, that's why I added them in the first place. I will try again to remove them, but will do that later. Gotta hurry now and buy some groceries for tonight.

Okay so I removed all the cusom filters to see what would change. There were no ads. Which I found weird, cause I definitly had the ads before. Then I remembered that I have ScriptSafe enabled. After disabling ScriptSafe I indeed see all the ads again. Currently I have two list subscribed:
Adblock Warning Removal List
EasyList Germany + EasyList
That's it. I removed all other custom filters and the website is loaded with ads and the anti-adblock is also there when I try to access the Regenradar.

uBo = uBlock chrome addon? Trying it now, downloaded the wrong one before... Will edit as soon as I get results.

That was the one I downloaded before and didn't have the normal ublock. So I didn't understand anything. Trying uBlock now.

The "normal" ublock is ublock origin.
Keep only 1 adblocker enabled.

I had some other uBlock origin, something different alltogether. Now with the addon you linked it's working. No more ads with the default lists enabled. Great and thanks for the help. Didn't know that Adblock Plus was outdated.

ABP is not outdated but simply didn't implement such strong weapons as uBo.

@horro are you using uBo or ABP ? if the last just use uBo (and disable ABP)

The ads seem to be loaded with a small delay. Initially there's no ads for a second or so and then the ads appear. How is it possible to track down the problem?

1. it seems you disabled the main list in uBo: uBlock filters (in the first group of "filter lists")
2. remove aaklist => outdated not maintained anymore, could provoke issues
