Middle clicking the link of a forum topic loads the page in the current tab and a new tab for me in the latest chrome stable builds.

i thought it was my machine setup... it doesn't happen in the ABP or Fanboy forums, only here. is it a bug with chrome or with the forum software ?

Actually, Ctrl-clicking has the same effect in Firefox as well. Sounds like there is an additional JavaScript-based click handler on the forum links.

Well, it's not like this problem can't be fixed. The JavaScript click handler just shouldn't do anything if the event target is a link.
