6 botnets are responsible for 85% of all spam, according to an analysis by net security firm Marshal.

I believe that. Many spam emails are very similar in design and wording. I used to be spammed by about 3 different spam patterns (based on the similarity of the emails) ... now I am just down to one type since some of my IE and Outlook Express co-workers and friends have receive new machines :roll:
