3. The new tab opens and closes immediately

If ABP is not enabled the tab doesn't close.

The exact description of what happens and what you think is wrong:
On easylist.txt I can see you are blocking "bs.serving-sys.com" which is breaking the redirect, so when a user clicks on the link they can't access the page they are looking for.
