Those links are actual content. They have links to the video from other websites. Some of the links are blocked on my country. So I can go to another website to view the video and I use them everyday. Due to this blocking, if a user goes there and the video on the page does not play, he/she may never know that the video is available on many other sites.

It should not be blocked in the first place. Only the first of those links (hdhost.net) is ad. others are not. Please remove this rule from easylist:

The problem here is that even though links are listed, they are missing the HD Links which are the actual links to the video. The Direct Links do not go anywhere or go to ads.

Oh OK, that worked for me too on that page. I must not have tried the same page. What do you get for these? The HD Links on these pages took me to ads.
