I have these lists installed:
and it works fine with all enabled, but EasyPrivacy.Adblock Warning Removal List
EasyList
Malware Domains
Fanboy's Social Blocking List
EasyPrivacy
Anti-Adblock Killer
Fanboy's Annoyance List
I've also attached the screenshot from GTM where we added an image of the website itself and you can see in both screens when adblock is active it

gets blocked.
When removed/deactivated then it shows correctly.

Can you please add the website to EasyPrivacy list exception?
