Double checked and filter is required. Updated subscriptions and work fine now.

It doesn't look like it was added for this site and this site seems to work fine without it, maybe too generic?

Its a dependant filter, so it'll only whitelist when there is a problematic site. Needs satelliteLib to be whitelisted first.
