Hope I'm posting in the right place!

I've recently switched from ABP to UBO and I'm having a problem with images displaying on websites. I've checked my personal filters and it is only if I disable the EasyList‎ (forums.lanik.us) that the images appear as they should.
The list seems to be blocking all content from postimg.com on this page:
