rarbg.to

Post by rarbg »

Multiple issues , reported by users ( also sent email to [email protected] )

1. This should be removed , scripts are constantly renamed to drop cache. Whitelist wont work. Check #2 for blocks of pops.

Code: Select all

easylist/easylist_specific_block.txt:||dyncdn.me^$script,domain=rarbg.to
2. This should be blocked

Code: Select all

dyncdn.me/static/20/js/expla*.js
3. This should be removed , breaks multiple functionalities like the trailers / usercp / forums

Code: Select all

easylist/easylist_specific_hide.txt:rarbg.to,rarbgmirror.com,rarbgproxy.com##a[href] > img + img[src^="http"]
easylist/easylist_specific_hide.txt:rarbg.to,rarbgmirror.com,rarbgproxy.com##a[href^="/"] > img + img[border]

easylist/easylist_specific_hide.txt:rarbg.to,rarbgmirror.com,rarbgproxy.com##a[onmousedown] > [href^="/"] > img[border="0"]:first-child
easylist/easylist_specific_hide.txt:rarbg.to,rarbgmirror.com,rarbgproxy.com##td.lista[valign="middle"] > a:first-child

The elements were added due to the instance of the adverts below the torrent link within the page, which were constantly changing.

If we remove any of these blocks, will rarbg attempt to re-insert ad links again?

In rarbg.to links to imdb and tvmaze have been removed. Screenshots are missing too.
It's related to this rule, as disabling it they show as usual:

Code: Select all

rarbg.to##td > a[href][target]

I confirm.

The screenshot is removed due to this static filter found in EasyPrivacy "/a.php?ref="
And the IMDb link a assume from EasyList

Code: Select all

||dyncdn.me/static/20/js/expla*.js$domain=rarbg.to|rarbg.unblocked.la|rarbgmirror.com
This are what uBlockrigin report in the logger.

It has nothing to do with the network filtering rules, Breaksense. It's related to that one element hiding rule like randomuser said. You can also see it in the logger.

Code: Select all

rarbg.to##a[href="/vpn_offer.php"]
rarbg.to#@#td > a[href][target]

I've tweaked it a bit more, https://github.com/easylist/easylist/co ... f17af6ccff

Seems rarbg wanting to go back to the adblock countering again, given the last time we blocked them.

You didn't look at the previous comment
"If we remove any of these blocks, will rarbg attempt to re-insert ad links again?"
The VPN shit is exactly what is being re-inserted, these ad links. And calling people names doesn't make things any better.

I have absolutely no issues re-instating the rarbg filters if this adblock countering continues.

Only being problematic again because rarbg is insistent in displaying the anti-adblock warning message (even though we fixed this ages ago). If its not the VPN ads, its a persistent warning message.

The message stays because you didnt fix anything.
1. ##tr > td + td[style*="height:"] + ##tr[style^="font-size:"] > td > table break everything in the user cp + half the tables that have height on the site since 25th of sep
2. ##tr > td[style*="font-size:"] > table breakes messages in user cp
3. ##tr:first-child > td > a:first-child > button breaks all the buttons in user cp
4. ##tr:first-child > td > a[href*="php"][target="_blank"] breaks all screenshots that are to *php
5. ##body > [id][style] breaks parts of the login
6. ##body > [id][class] breaks hovers
7. @@||dyncdn.me/static/20/js/jquery-*.min.js$domain=rarbg.to|rarbgmirror.com|rarbgproxy.com breaks all comments or window resize functionality in screenshots
+third party scripts - even tho i kept my word and never changed the popup script url you decided to do add it
+threat protection pages

Not going to waste my time anymore even posting in this forum i will just counter whatever you do to keep the message running from now on. Enjoy

He has intentionally changed the file name to break his own site. I'll look at the false positive shortly.

I get popunders in rarbg some time now.

Using latest EasyList (current versions 20 Dec 2016 18:20 UTC)
To reproduce (using FF 50.1.1 and ABP 2.8.2) -happens consistently- :
  • open https://rarbg.to/index8.php
  • click "Torrents" (https://rarbg.to/torrents.php)
  • click any torrent link: a popunder is opened.
    The opening of the popunders is done by opening variations of:

    Code: Select all

    data:text/html;base64,PGh0bWw+PGhlYWQ+PG1ldGEgaHR0cC1lcXVpdj0icmVmcmVzaCIgY29udGVudD0iMDt1cmw9aHR0cDovL2FkcnVubnIuY29tLz9wbGFjZW1lbnQ9NDA0MDQ2JnJlZGlyZWN0Ij48L2hlYWQ+PC9odG1sPg==
    which decoded becomes:

    Code: Select all

    <html><head><meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url=http://adrunnr.com/?placement=404046&redirect"></head></html>
  • close all rarbg tabs
  • delete all rarbg cookies
  • repeat procedure

Yes, I tried:

Code: Select all

|https://$~third-party,script,domain=rarbg.to
@@||dyncdn.me/static/20/js/expla5.js
@@||rarbg.to^$xmlhttprequest
||ablogica.com^$popup,domain=rarbg.to
They indeed make the popunders become blocked when I click torrent links,
but, now, though I have blocked popups in Firefox (Page Info|Permissions|Open Pop-up Windows --> Block),
I get 2 "about:blank" popups every time I click the "Torrents" link inside https://rarbg.to/index8.php (provided that I have deleted cookies beforehand).
