Random example (not my site) http://hometownclassifieds.us/-2/posts/4_Services/0/ - All the clickable ad titles are gone. Easylist filter - #*(class=adtitle)

Either disable the 'adtitle' string ... or whitelist the site with:
Adblock Plus should be disabled for sites that specialize in "ads".
