The floating chat button that customers on our website can use to chat about products is getting blocked due to the EasyPrivacy filters. I checked the file https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus. ... rivacy.txt and these lines seem to be causing the problem:

The floating button shows up on the right hand side when we disable this filter. Can you please fix this as we are unable to service our customers.
