Unfortunately, our website (adwords.safi-gmbh.ch) gets completely blocked with EasyList. Since we are not showing any Ads, is there a possibility to show our website correctly?

Since AdBlock also uses EasyList Germany for German users, it should be fixed there as well. You might need to force a manual filter list update.
Ok. You're right. As soon as we clicked on german as our "filterlist language" it works. Is there a chance that our website loads correctly while not using any default language?
See https://easylist.adblockplus.org/en/policy 'Coverage'. The majority of German users most likely uses the German supplemental list anyway, so no we don't do that.
