An auto-playing ad video (for Coinage) appears in the middle of every article on ew.com.

Example:

http://ew.com/tv/2017/03/16/game-of-thrones-season-7-dragons/

I blocked the video wrapper but the video still plays in the background (sound is still audible). So this didn't really worked:
