There is an anti-adblocker warning which does not comply to the Anti-adblock guide for site admins.

Okay, seems they've stepped over the line. I'm fine if a site wants to use a paywall, but to target Adblock users this way is nasty.

Hi,

I saw that there was a commit to github that blocked the business insider.com adblock paywall on Jan 22

that was then later removed by fanboy on Feb 1.

(Was there an explanation why it was removed?)

The paywall is back, though it is easy to block with the following rule

It was removed because it impacts the site's paywall. Use the Enhanced Trackers List if you need it.

Using Opera 46.0. I have Opera's built-in adblocker enabled. I'm subscribed to Easylist, Easyprivacy, and "Adblock Warning Removal".

But I still see a "popup" on

saying that BusinessInsider is ad-supported (and says I could pay them or disable adblock).
