- if you are using other blocking extensions remove them, keep only 1 adblocker
- however, if still does not work for you, add in ubo:

I use https but then is converted into http address, so, no change here
Probably you should reset your browser, reinstall ubo, test again (or disable temporarily your security software just to test again)

Works on my end with uBO default settings.

The only way I can reproduce that is if I block

Whitelist google.com/recapcha if it's blocked. Run the logger and see if it's being blocked by any filter. Doesn't happen on my side and I get the recapcha after one second.
