Final decision obviously rests with you however my thinking is
I wouldn't hide the warning, I feel it's best if they don't know we are blocking their ads, we don't want to encourage them to take more drastic measures.
I'm a believer of the fix should reside in the list that's causing the problem.
hi I know very little about how to block individual ads so please spell it out for me thanks . Trying to block ad on far right at my chess site. See attached pics. I have the easy list enabled.
However, you can use your adblocker (ABP for chrome) to create your own filters:
- click ABP icon, "block element", then select what-you-want-to-hide/block (you can also edit the proposed filter...)

chess.com is delaying every page load by 4s if adblock is detected. They're doing this by setting page opacity to 0, which is fixed with the following css:

Any back to the subject at hand, chess.com stepping up their anti adblock game with a 4s delayed page load. Is this something appropriate for the easy list anti Adblock list?
