Ads By Bettersurf [rej]

I'm having no issues with the typical website ads but I am having trouble with "Ads by BetterSurf" which get through adblocker indirectly through key words. (i.e. tickets, google chrome) Even if I click on a blank border a single window opens up with ads. This is their site: http://rvzr-a.akamaihd.net/sd/apps/adin ... 0mcmk9MTE= ... they have this "deactivate" switch which in reality doesn't do anything!
