How to load filters in Thunderbird

Although there are several links to Firefox to load the Easy List and Elements into ABP, haven't located a method to load into TB. Tried downloading a file, but it wanted to install another addon.

You have to create a new subscription under ABP's PREFERENCES ... FILTERS ... "Add filter subscription".

Then you have to manually add the actual subscription address(es):

EasyList:
