Author of Youtube Adblock filter

It seems to me that the editor of this list is adblock itself, but they explicitly say that they don't control any lists except acceptable ads. Yet the website of the filter is a subdomain of adblockplus. The forum of adblockplus also discourages topics about filter lists. The filter is not listed among easylist filters either. I would like to know whether anyone can try to contribute to this list and if so, where?
