It seems that the spanish filter list just blocks ads from sites from spain. Are there plans to add to this filterlist sites from spanish speaking latin america or create a new filterlist for those kind of sites?

Report the pages with ads (explaining where are the ads, upload screenshots etc)

As I said just report the pages with ads (for every site a distinct thread). If still active the maintainer will respond to whatever question.
