http://www.calorielijst.nl/ uses a very aggressive anti-adblock measure,

It seems to me that @@||calorielijst.nl^$generichide is sufficient?
I'll first contact the web site owner to see if they can comply to our guidelines. (I don't like starting wars with site developers ;) )
