Weird, I don't understand:
- chrome, incognito window it's working fine
- firefox it's ok
- chrome, normal window, cleared all the storage it's completely messed up (logged on / off the same behaviour):

The necessary filters are already in easylist, remove your custom filters and test again. Eventually remove (uncheck) also ebates stuff.
