Are you sure it's being blocked ? A whitelist could prevent the blocking and it's required on my end apparently. It's broke if I don't whitelist that javascript.

Yep, the player is not working. Nothing happens when I click the play button. They're probably here reading these comments and actively trying to ambush.

Re: Google Images has removed View Image button

Firstly you are visiting the website by just viewing the image on Google without ever leaving it. So ? What's the issue with that ? If you're worried about referrer leakage, don't be. It's been happening since the beginning. Everytime you click on a hyperlink, you give away your ref. Installing an ...

PS: You can still right click to open image in a new tab in your browsers.
Yep, that's how I always did it. Don't understand why are people making a big deal out of this. It was a convenience, not the be all/end all for viewing images.

If you want to try it out anyhow, just get the canary version. You can't turn it off technically, but you can allow ads or block them via a toggle at chrome://settings/content/ads

Does it work along nicely with current adblockers or should it be disabled? No, as in, two of them will NOT work together. If you have your blocker on, chrome itself will...

If you're running uBlock Origin or Adblock Plus, then it won't work for you, as the extension will block the ads for you before Chrome gets the chance to do it.
