Disable all your security software, keep enabled only windows firewall and test again.

You should try changing the DNS. Use those google:

Are you using some HOSTS file with blocked domains ?

The new filter is only for firefox, you need $other for chrome and .. sometimes the video ads are blocked blocking the scripts not directly the video ad itself.

No, you whitelisted the whole site. She was talking about whitelisting the site but blocking the video ads.
