Couldn't you write a short filter that whitelisted the dropdown? That's what I'm looking for.

What? I showed you the issue. The issue is that when I'm typing on the search bar there's supposed to be a dropdown menu where the tags would be. This doesn't happen while ABP is on. How can you not understand the issue?

Smartclip ads show up at the top of the page. I can't get them blocked for the life of me.
I tested, and they appear on some wikis but not all of them.
