It's probably interfering with Firefox's own tracking blocker. Even if I don't have uBO installed at all, I get redirected.

Hm my main browser (Firefox 67.0.4) gets delivered the particles.js all the time (also in safe mode). Seems to be a fallback and depend on graphic card / settings.

Not sure what you mean... windy.com didn't change the filename and it still doesn't work. Couldn't find PR / issue.
