Static filter ||freegeoip.net^$third-party found in EasyPrivacy. Removal of that breaks the shopping cart at sphero.com so that orders to be delivered to the United States are impossible. (Because that site assumes non-US when geoip fails.) For reference, Privacy Badger does not block freegeoip.net ...
