Thanks, I think I had too many subscriptions. I went back and removed all of the subscriptions except for EasyList, and RetailMeNot works now.

1. Navigate to https://www.retailmenot.com/.
2. Click the "Log in" button at the top right.
3. The "Email" text box is missing.
