Re: Silent Crypto Miners Appearing on Websites

That's f*** invasive! Forcing visitor's resources downright for personal gains is unacceptable, needs to be firewalled.

Gorhill created a filterlist for that-https://raw.githubusercontent.com/uBloc ... tterns.txt

They also try to detect easylist filters via this bait script - https://www.palemoon.org/ads.js?id=somead That's just so pathetic and cringeworthy

Re: Stable and Dev versions of Chromium

Ofcourse, no browser is made specifically for YOU, the user. Also that reddit thread is filled with lots of tin foiled hat theories which I won't bother myself to engage further. You will still be using some Google services which can be disabled like you do in Chrome, but there's no automated data c...

Google reveals sites with ‘failing’ ads, including Forbes, LA Times

https://digiday.com/media/google-reveals-sites-failing-ads-including-forbes-la-times/ So far, Google has identified about 700 sites as warranting corrective action out of around 100,000 sites it’s reviewed so far. Re: Ad Domain Taken Down From EasyList due to DMCA Request

Lanik himself uses *coughs* uBlock Origin *coughs*

In addition to that the old tagline gave the wrong vibe that the forum serves ABP users only, so the new tagline is a correction of that.
