Pixelark provides software for church bulletin emails, etc. They inject statistic trackers on images and links. All of the unique tracker urls are prefaced with the URL below followed by a query. Joxean's lists haven't been updated in over a year, thus their gray/stale status. However, I just tried adding one to uBlock Origin and it seems to allow me to apply the list. I'm not sure if it works with ABP, though.

Perfect, thanks for the feedback. Will fix. Do you know if this is the case with most of the EasyList language lists?

I wanted a one-stop list of all known filter lists for use in adblockers, but I couldn't find one that was truly exhaustive. So I attempted to build one. If it's useful to anyone, great. If you spot any fixes that should be made, let me know!
