@gorhill very good idea, it works well. Could you add a title to your custom list, for example "Disquis on-demand"? (I added it as a custom list.)

Remove the following rule. It blocks pictures, when they are opened (zoomed-in):

The website didn't work for me, even with updated filter list. However, I added the following filter: ||cityam.com/assets/js/^1.11.1.min.js This one seems to be working for now. Ads are appearing within the video player each time videos are watched. Ad usually lasts around 15 seconds before the actual video clip begins.

I had the same problem on http://www.flvto.biz with ads, but the exception rule solved the problem:

Problem is in EasyPrivacy list. Videos from the section "Bullish" don't work (http://techcrunch.com/video/bullish/). Download error appears instead.

Another message appears on http://www.investopedia.com, which can be removed by:

My mistake, this was not ad-related.
I use first-party rules as first aid (temporarily in my custom list), since I don't have knowledge to analyse websites deeper. Do you use any tool for analysis?

Comment section on the bottom of web articles does not appear. The issue is in EasyPrivacy list and can be solved by the following exception rule:

I would like to clarify filter rule behaviour in adblockers. If there is a filter, such as:
||twitter.com^

Will this rule also block domains, such as:
||platform.twitter.com^

The website detects adblocker. It is a browser-based game and it decreases gaming experience, if it detects adblocker (at least they warn so).
The following exception rule in EasyList seems to solve the issue:

Please add the exception to EasyList. Videos sometimes don't load (or they do, but slowly). Solution:
