Either way, the below should be OK as a generic filter I think. It gets rid of a rash of Casino / Gambling ads here:

There is a big ad in the middle of the content on this page: http://www.aftonbladet. se/motorista/nyheter/article20014739.ab A small caption above it reads "annons" which means "ad" in swedish. It seems to be loaded via <script src="http://apps2.minimedia.se/motorista/cl_adw...
