I didn't test whitelisting some requests to avoid the anti-Adblock altogether.

The site OnlineVideoConverter.com detects AdBlock and prevents the site from functioning. I have whitelisted:

cbr.com (example https://www.cbr.com/superhero-movies-better-score-justice-league/ )contains some code (probably an inline script) which every couple of minutes displays a popup demanding that I whitelist their site. You can get rid of it using an element blocking filter: cbr.com###js-popup-blocker

At http://m.bhaskar.com/news/RAJ-OTH-MAT-latest-baran-news-021505-3869799-NOR.html the website is blocked from viewing if Adblock is active. After experimenting, I found out that website can be made functional again by adding the following whitelist: @@||m.bhaskar.com/js_ads/ads/ads.js.pagespeed.jm....

Update: you can avoid the block by going back to the Google results and clicking on the link again. I have even discovered which cookie allows you to bypass the block (and needs to be deleted to reproduce the problem again):
