No, EasyPrivacy doesn't block it

They keep spamming…

It's the Tinder app (iOS/Android). Scammers create fake profiles that redirect to that website.
If you report the each profile, Tinder may remove them, but in the meantime they get clicks.

Lots of fake Tinder profiles advertise tinderlust.com
