I have the same problem, namely: I am seeing sponsored posts (aka ads) in my Facebook newsfeed. I've run the update list function for AdBlock, but this does not resolve the problem. I'm not a programmer, so I'd appreciate a relatively straightforward set of instructions for how to fix this.
